Unlock a living model of your organisation that continuously improves how work gets done. Core ServAI gives you a governed AI workforce. ServAI Advanced makes that workforce adaptive.
Living Organizational Twin
The Twin is a continuously updated model of your departments, roles, processes, dependencies, decision rights, and performance — built from the structure you already confirmed in Organization Mode.
It surfaces:
- Real-time capacity and utilisation across departments
- Bottlenecks and broken handoffs between teams
- Drift between your declared structure and how work actually happens
- Ranked recommendations for structural or process changes, for a human to review
You can simulate a proposed change before applying it. Every structural modification is versioned, simulated, reviewed, and audited — nothing changes your organisation automatically.
Risk-Scored Autonomy
Instead of one fixed approval rule applied to every sensitive action, ServAI Advanced scores the risk of each action and applies oversight proportional to that risk.
- Low-risk actions can run under policy, without waiting on a person each time
- Higher-risk actions still stop for approval — the threshold doesn't move without you setting it
This builds on the same governance model described in ServAI's security and governance framework — it changes how finely oversight is calibrated, not whether oversight exists.
Other Advanced Capabilities
- Predictive workload forecasting — agents flag likely bottlenecks before they hit, using patterns from your own organisation's history
- Self-optimising agent coordination — agents refine how they hand off work to each other over time, under the same gates and audit logging as everything else on the platform
- Exception-only and ambient interfaces — only what genuinely needs your attention surfaces; the rest runs quietly under policy
- Performance and ROI dashboards — see what your AI workforce is actually doing and what it's costing, over time
- Edge Twin for ServAI Devices — Twin capability running on your own on-premises hardware
Which model runs your work
ServAI does not insist on one company's model. A platform whose argument is that your data stays where you put it cannot then require you to send it somewhere particular.
Every provider declares two things about itself: whether it runs on your own hardware, and the most sensitive material it may receive.
- Anthropic, OpenAI, Google — off your hardware, cleared to confidential unless your own policy says otherwise.
- Ollama or vLLM, on your machines — cleared to restricted, because nothing leaves the building.
- Anything else that speaks the OpenAI format — assumed off your hardware and cleared to internal only, until somebody says otherwise deliberately.
That last default is the important one. A provider that does not say where it is gets the assumption that fails safely, rather than inheriting clearance by accident.
And it is enforced, not documented. A gate refuses to send restricted material to a destination not cleared for it — so an assistant holding a passport, a KYC file or a permit to work simply cannot pass that content to an external model. It stops before the call.
Including our own
OUTAI is EADPAG's foundation-model programme — reasoning, code, vision, voice and domain models, built by the same company that builds ServAI.
It is released on the same principle everything else here is: claims follow measurements. No benchmark appears before it can be reproduced, and no model ships before its evidence does.
ServAI does not require it. That is deliberate — a governed workforce that only worked with its maker's model would be a smaller promise than the one on this page. When OUTAI is the right model for your work, it connects like any other. Until then, ServAI runs on whatever you already trust.
How Upgrades Work
ServAI Advanced is modular. Choose only the packs you need:
- Living Twin
- Autonomy Engine
- Predictive Intelligence
- Exception & Ambient Interface
- Performance & ROI
- Edge Twin (for Device owners)
All packs work with your existing Cloud, Key, OS, or Device deployment. No rebuild required, and no configuration knowledge required to use them once enabled.
Advanced capabilities are released as they complete the same technical and human validation as the rest of the platform. Confirm current availability of a specific pack with our team before planning a deployment around it.
Curious which packs would fit your organisation? Let's talk through it.
