AI systems should not be trusted automatically. ServAI is designed to support responsible deployment through role-based permissions, human approvals, audit logging, and policy enforcement — configured to your organization's own requirements, not ours.

01

Access Control

  • Role-based access — permissions scoped to what each user and agent actually needs
  • Least-privilege by default — agents only access what they're explicitly permitted to use
  • Identity verification — standard authentication enforced across the platform
02

Human Oversight

Not every decision should be automated. Organizations can define approval checkpoints for financial actions, contract changes, customer communications, policy exceptions, and other sensitive workflows. When a checkpoint is hit, ServAI pauses, explains the situation, and waits for a human decision before continuing.

Stage 01

Formulate

The agent prepares the work in an isolated preview. Nothing has touched a live system.

Waits
indefinitely
Stage 02

Commit

Execution begins only on an explicit approval from a named person.

Stage 03

Revert

The undo path stays open after commit, and the approval is on the record.

A checkpoint has no timeout. An unapproved action does not eventually proceed — it stays unapproved.
03

Audit & Observability

Every action an agent takes remains observable — goals received, plans created, tools used, information accessed, decisions made, and approvals requested. This supports troubleshooting, compliance review, and continuous improvement, rather than operating as a black box.

04

Data Residency

On hardware and on-premises OS deployments, your data stays on your own infrastructure by design — not routed through a third-party cloud provider. This is a core architectural decision, not an add-on configuration.

05

Regulated Industries

ServAI is designed with security, governance, and deployment flexibility in mind, supporting organizations in healthcare, financial services, government, and other regulated sectors. Specific compliance requirements depend on your configuration and your organization's own regulatory obligations — ServAI provides the controls; your organization remains responsible for configuring them to meet your specific regulatory context.
