- Report what the evidence did to each hypothesis, including when it disproved it
- Build the financial case for an option from drivers rather than backwards from a target
- Produce the sensitivity showing where each assumption stops supporting the case
- Model what a competitor would plausibly do in response and what it costs
- Maintain the evidence matrix including the gaps
- Report where the workstream is blocked and whose answer it waits for
